I started GoodGood after realising how powerful movement and community can be, especially in a busy city. I wanted to create the kind of studio I’d been searching for: welcoming, strong, and deeply human.

Your Questions, Answered

  • You can book classes via the GoodGood Studio app, which is powered by Mindbody, or directly through the Mindbody app. Use whichever feels most convenient — both sync seamlessly with your account.

  • GoodGood is a warm studio, not a hot one. Temperatures vary by class, with the warmest sessions reaching a maximum of 35°C.

    We believe there’s no need to create unnecessary stress on the body by working out in extreme heat. Our studio is scientifically heated using far infrared panels, designed to support circulation, mobility, and performance without overwhelming your nervous system.

  • Welcome 🤍 If you’re new, we recommend starting with a Slow Flow for yoga or a foundational Pilates class. Let your instructor know it’s your first time — they’ll offer options, guidance, and adjustments so you can move safely and confidently as you build your practice.

  • Not at all. Our classes are designed to be accessible, progressive, and adaptable. Whether you’re returning to movement, cross-training, or building strength, our instructors will support you at your own pace.

  • Yes. Our Wimbledon studio has showers and hair dryers.

    Please bring your own towel — we’ll have a limited number of towels available to rent.

  • We have a few classes that are not heated, such as our Mum & Baby club, however all regular classes are held in our infrared-heated studio, unless otherwise stated. Infrared heat gently warms the body from the inside out, supporting recovery, circulation, and mobility.

  • Just yourself and comfortable clothes you can move in, a water bottle and towel (optional).


    We provide mats, blocks, straps, and props. You’re welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer.

  • We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes before class so you can settle in and get comfortable. You’re always welcome to arrive earlier if you’d like extra time.

  • Classes must be cancelled at least 12 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the class being deducted from your pass.

  • There is metered on-street parking outside both our Balham and Wimbledon studios.

    We’re also conveniently located near public transport.

  • Yes — but please let the instructor know before class. If you’re unsure what’s best, email us and we’ll guide you.

  • Yes. We offer intro passes, class packs, and memberships designed to suit different schedules and lifestyles. You can view all options in the app or on our website.
