Our Story
GoodGood was born from my own search for something more.
After years of moving through the fitness world across the US and London, I realised what I truly wanted was not just great classes. I wanted real community. I wanted movement that challenged me, made me sweat and burn, but also gave me space to breathe, to feel grounded, and to reconnect with myself. I wanted a studio that supported real life, not just the hour you spend on the mat.
Movement has always shaped who I am. I grew up in competitive sport, playing semi professional football and training in high performance environments where discipline and strength were second nature. Yoga and pilates entered my life as recovery after injury, but it quickly became something deeper. It gave me balance, resilience and a new relationship with my body. Over time, it became the foundation I kept coming back to.
When I moved to London, lost my job and became a mother, that need for connection grew stronger than ever. I felt how lonely a big city can be without a space that truly feels like yours. That was when GoodGood began to take shape not just as a studio, but as a feeling I wanted to create for others.
GoodGood is an infrared heated movement studio designed to fit into your everyday life. The classes are challenging, sweaty and strong, but always rooted in mindfulness and intention. It is a place where you can push yourself, slow down, reset and feel supported in all seasons of life.
We focus on strength, restoration and connection. From sculpt and flow to lymphatic, breathwork and prenatal, every class is an invitation to feel good in your body and held within community.
GoodGood is the space I spent years searching for. Now it is here for you too.
