Good Health ~ Lymphatic Reset

A Special 2-Hour Infrared Class at GoodGood Wimbledon.

The lymphatic system plays a key role in circulation, immunity, and how light or heavy we feel in our bodies. Unlike blood, it doesn’t have a pump — it relies on movement, breath, and gentle pressure to flow. This two-hour infrared class is designed to get lymph moving and energy flowing again.

We’ll use aromatherapy and breathwork to open the upper body, followed by guided lymphatic self-massage for the face and body. Gentle, joint-led mobility and somatic movement help move fluid through the system, before finishing with a legs-up rest to let everything settle.

You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to your body with simple techniques you can return to anytime.

Includes:
• Aromatherapy + breathwork
• Lymphatic self-massage (face + body)
• Gentle mobility and somatic movement

Good Yoga ~ Arm Balancing Essentials | Crow

Join us for a focused workshop exploring the foundations of Crow Pose (Bakasana).

Arm balances can often feel intimidating or out of reach. In this session, we slow things down and break the pose into its essential parts, helping you understand how Crow actually works in the body.

We’ll spend time preparing properly—opening the hips, strengthening the wrists and shoulders, and building the core stability that supports you as you begin to shift weight into your hands. Expect a blend of mobility work, strength drills, and guided practice so you can explore the shape safely and with control.

Anna will offer clear technique cues and individual guidance throughout, helping you find the version that works best for your body. There’s no pressure to “get the pose”—the focus will be on building the strength, awareness, and confidence that make arm balances feel more accessible over time.

Whether you’re working toward your first lift or looking to refine your technique, this workshop is designed to feel supportive, exploratory, and quietly challenging.

Come with curiosity. Leave with a deeper understanding of the practice—and new tools to bring back into your classes.

Inversions can often feel intimidating or out of reach. This session slows things down and breaks the pose into its key parts so you can understand how it actually works in the body.

Anna will offer clear technique cues and individual guidance throughout, helping you find the version that works for your body. There won’t be any pressure on “getting the pose”, but the focus will be on building the strength, awareness and confidence that make inversions feel lighter over time… and who knows what you’ll achieve.

Good Company ~ International Women's Day

Good Company ~ International Women’s Day Panel

An evening of conversation, connection, and community.

This International Women’s Day, we’re bringing together a curated panel of women who are not only exceptional at what they do — but who have consciously built lives they love.

Good Company is our way of celebrating the movers and shakers within the GoodGood and South London community. The women who have carved their own paths. Who have navigated ambition, creativity, family, leadership and reinvention — and in doing so, quietly (and sometimes boldly) paved the way for others.

Expect an honest, expansive conversation on what it really takes to build something meaningful — professionally and personally — without losing yourself along the way.

Speakers include:

  • Anna RobbinsCostume Designer for Downton Abbey, whose creative vision has shaped one of the most iconic period dramas of our time.

  • Kellie Williams-Javel — Partner at Morr & Co, redefining modern leadership within the legal world.

  • Charlotte Cave — Founder of Charlotte Cave Hair Salons, building a brand synonymous with effortless, contemporary style.

  • Dani Chandler — Co-Founder of Meet Bernard and Westborn Agency, shaping the direction of London’s fashion landscape.

  • Jenna Armitage — Founder of GoodGood Studio, moderating the evening and guiding a conversation rooted in growth, resilience and community.

Together, we’ll explore:

  • Building careers with intention

  • Redefining success on your own terms

  • Navigating motherhood, ambition and identity

  • Expanding your circle — and your vision

  • Creating opportunities not just for yourself, but for other women

This isn’t a networking event in the traditional sense. It’s a room full of thoughtful, ambitious women who value connection over small talk. It’s an opportunity to meet others from GoodGood, to widen your lens, and to leave feeling clearer about your next chapter — whatever that looks like.

Because growth rarely happens in isolation.
And community changes everything.

Spaces will be limited.
Come for the conversation. Stay for the company.

Gate & Ground™: Acupuncture Circle

Gate & Ground™: Acupuncture Circle

Led by Carli Wheatley, a certified acupuncturist, Gate + Ground is her signature group ritual blending precise acupuncture with sound and seasonal themes for a collective reset. Carli herself places each needle, using a minimal number of points chosen to open, move, and ground the body.

The experience unfolds in three stages, mirroring the body’s natural rhythm of transformation:

(1) Open — breath and gentle activation to prepare the body’s “gates”

(2) Move — acupuncture applied by Carli to release stagnation and shift what feels stuck

(3) Ground — collective rest with sound and stillness, sealing the session in deep integration

Each gathering is guided by a seasonal or cosmic theme — such as the Equinox or Solstice — aligning the body’s cycles with the rhythms of nature.

Small in scale (3–10 participants), the circle allows for intimacy and depth. You can also book a 1:2 session with a partner or friend; if you book alone, Carli will join you to maintain the group dynamic. There is always more power in collective healing.

About Carli Wheatley

Carli is the creator of Gate + Ground™, a signature method that blends the precision of acupuncture with the stillness of meditation to bring the body and mind back into harmony. This gentle yet transformative approach clears physical blockages, dissolves emotional heaviness, and reawakens innate vitality.

Known as @lymphlover, Carli is recognised for reviving the lost art of palpation and showing people how to self-drain, self-massage, and reconnect with their own healing hands. For her, the lymphatic system is the foundation of everything — the first place to look if something feels “off” and the most important daily act of self-care.

Carli believes in accessibility and community over exclusivity. Instead of focusing on treatments, she leads classes and workshops that empower people to care for themselves — to restore health, rebalance weight, steady the mind, and step into self-enquiry and self-healing. Each session is both practical and poetic: an invitation to feel lighter, clearer, and more deeply attuned to your own flow.

Think of this as your weekly tune-in — a practice designed to restore balance by listening to the body through touch.

You’ll be guided through sequences of tapping, massage, and acupressure point work that trace the body’s channels, clear blockages, and awaken natural flow. Each class explores a theme — from nervous system calm to immunity to seasonal reset — giving you practical tools you can carry into daily life.

This practice weaves together:
〰️ Tapping to awaken energy and release stagnation

Rooted in the wisdom of the body’s channels, this class supports clarity, resilience, and inner steadiness. You’ll leave feeling grounded, connected, and empowered with simple techniques for self-healing at your fingertips.

Glow + Flow: A Breast Health Lymphatic Workshop

Glow + Flow: A Breast Health Lymphatic Workshop

Join Carli Wheatley (@lymphlover) for a two-hour workshop dedicated to restoring lymphatic flow, supporting breast health, and unlocking your natural glow.

The lymphatic system is your body’s built-in detox and defence network. When it flows freely, you feel lighter, clearer, and more energised. When it stagnates, you may notice puffiness, dull skin, bloating, or that “heavy” feeling in the body. This workshop is designed to reset that flow — with a special focus on the breast and chest area — so you leave renewed from the inside out. You’ll learn how to:

〰 Encourage lymphatic flow for breast health and whole-body vitality
〰 Reduce puffiness and water retention
〰 Brighten and smooth skin tone
〰 Relieve heaviness in the body
〰 Boost energy and clarity
〰 Support your immune system and natural detox pathways

The session begins with gentle, hands-on techniques for the chest, neck, and face to release congestion, lift and tone the skin, and ease lymphatic blockages. From there, Carli will guide you through the rest of the body with a blend of self-massage, rhythmic brushing, breathwork, and targeted stretches to improve circulation and leave you feeling light, clear, and deeply refreshed.

You’ll leave with simple, repeatable techniques you can integrate into your daily ritual — practical tools to keep your lymphatic system flowing and your breast health supported long after the workshop ends. Expect a body that feels unburdened, a mind refreshed, and that lit-from-within glow.

This workshop is held in honour of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and a portion of proceeds will be donated to CoppaFeel!, the UK charity dedicated to early detection and breast cancer education.

If you’d like to go deeper, Carli also offers 1:1 RESET sessions (by enquiry) and a 6-week online course to continue your learning at home.

A 2-Hour Full Body + Leaner, Lighter Legs Experience with Carli Wheatley
Saturday 31 May | 3–5pm | £45 | Members 50% off

As we step into the vitality of late spring, we’re invited to release what no longer serves us — physically, emotionally, and energetically. This immersive workshop, led by lymphatic expert Carli Wheatley (@lymphlover), offers a deeply nourishing reset to help you feel lighter, clearer, and more grounded in your body.

Through education, touch, and breath, you’ll be guided to reconnect with your lymphatic system — one of the body’s most powerful (and often overlooked) tools for detoxification and wellbeing.

The session will unfold in two parts:

Hour 1: The OG Full Body Lymphatic Flow
Open key lymphatic gateways, clear stagnation, and stimulate your body’s natural detox process through self-massage, breathwork, and mindful movement. Learn to work with your lymph, not against it.

Hour 2: Leaner, Lighter Legs
We’ll move into a focused sequence for the groin, thighs, knees, calves, ankles and feet — designed to support circulation, fluid movement, and immediate lightness through the lower body.

This is a hands-on, educational experience that will leave you feeling refreshed, reset, and reconnected from the ground up.

Expect:
〰️ Lymphatic self-massage and breath-led bodywork
〰️ Focused lower-body drainage and sculpting techniques
〰️ A blend of science and ritual to support long-term vitality

No experience necessary — just bring curiosity, presence, and a willingness to release.

Space is limited. Book now to secure your spot.
