Almost there

A few things before
your first class.

01 · Arrive early

Give yourself 10 minutes.

First time at GoodGood? Please arrive at least 10 minutes early so we can get you settled. Doors close promptly at the start of class and entry isn't permitted once class has begun.

02 · What to bring

We'll take care of most of it.

Mats + props are provided. Bring water, comfortable activewear and a towel for your mat. Grip socks are recommended for Pilates + Sculpt.

03 · Expect warmth

Most classes are infrared heated.

Most GoodGood classes are heated to around 30°C. Move Club and Mum + Baby are not heated. Let your instructor know about any injuries, pregnancy or postnatal considerations before class.

That's it. We'll see you in the studio.
