A grounding and empowering afternoon for expectant mothers—designed to prepare your body, calm your nervous system, and help you feel deeply connected to your pregnancy and upcoming birth.
Drawing from her background in Vinyasa, Yin, hypnobirthing, and holistic coaching, Indi creates a calm, supportive environment where you can move, breathe, release tension, and reconnect with your intuition. This two-hour workshop blends pregnancy yoga, birth education, and mindful hypnobirthing tools to help you feel centred, confident, and in control as you approach labour.
Whether it’s your first birth or your third, this is your invitation to step away from the noise, settle your mind, and step into your power.
What’s Included:
2:00pm – Opening Circle + Grounding Breathwork
A gentle moment to arrive, connect with other mothers, settle into your body, and set intentions for birth.
2:15pm – Yoga for Birth Preparation
A flowing, intuitive movement practice designed to encourage optimal fetal positioning, open the pelvis, and release tension in the hips, spine, and pelvic floor.
3:00pm – Birth Planning 〰️ Informed & Intuitive
Explore the essentials of preparing for birth—from the physiology of labour to navigating hospital systems—with guidance on staying aligned with your preferences and avoiding unnecessary interventions.
3:20pm – Hypnobirthing Tools + Relaxation Practice
Practice breathwork, gentle visualisation, and grounding hypnobirthing techniques to activate your parasympathetic nervous system and remain calm, even in the unknown.
3:45pm – Q+A + Tea + Takeaways + Social
A relaxed space to ask questions, reflect, and connect—plus receive your GoodGood guide to preparing for a positive, powerful birth.

Who it’s for:
All pregnant women from 14 weeks onwards. No prior yoga experience needed.
Spaces are limited to 15 to ensure individual attention and a safe, intimate space to share and move.

With a background in Vinyasa, Yin, and Pre/Postnatal yoga, Indie brings a holistic approach to movement, drawing on over a decade of practice and her experience as a hypnobirthing teacher and holistic life coach.
