Good Breath ~ Himalayan Breathwork + Sound
Join us for a 75-minute guided breathwork and sound experience with Hannah, designed to help you slow down, reset, and return to yourself.
Drawing on Himalayan breathing techniques, this session begins with a structured breathwork practice to gently regulate the nervous system, release stored tension, and create a sense of internal space. As the breath deepens, the body begins to soften, allowing you to move out of the mind and back into a more grounded, present state.
The experience then transitions into a sound journey, where carefully layered frequencies help to deepen relaxation and support the body’s natural rest and repair response.
This is a practice in stillness. In letting go. In allowing the body to do what it already knows how to do.
Expect to leave feeling clearer, calmer, and more connected, with a quiet sense of reset that carries beyond the session.
About Your Instructor ~ Hannah Travis
Hannah leads sound, breathwork, and yoga at GoodGood, bringing a sense of calm that is felt the moment you enter the room. Her work is rooted in stillness and subtlety, guiding you to shift your state through breath, sound, and slow, intentional movement. Each session is designed to create space, restore balance, and leave you feeling more connected to yourself.
Good Health ~ Lymphatic Reset
A Special 2-Hour Infrared Class at GoodGood Wimbledon.
The lymphatic system plays a key role in circulation, immunity, and how light or heavy we feel in our bodies. Unlike blood, it doesn’t have a pump — it relies on movement, breath, and gentle pressure to flow. This two-hour infrared class is designed to get lymph moving and energy flowing again.
We’ll use aromatherapy and breathwork to open the upper body, followed by guided lymphatic self-massage for the face and body. Gentle, joint-led mobility and somatic movement help move fluid through the system, before finishing with a legs-up rest to let everything settle.
You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to your body with simple techniques you can return to anytime.
Includes:
• Aromatherapy + breathwork
• Lymphatic self-massage (face + body)
• Gentle mobility and somatic movement
• Legs-up restorative rest
Wear: Loose, comfortable clothing.
Good Karma ~ Stem & Flow
A considered afternoon of movement, breath, and creativity, with GoodGood Studio donating the space and all proceeds from ticket sales supporting stem4, a Wimbledon-based charity dedicated to helping children and young people access vital mental health support.
The experience will begin with a grounding slow flow led by Jenna, designed to release tension, soften the body, and create space to land. From there, you will be guided through gentle breathwork and a sound bath to calm the nervous system and restore a sense of clarity.
We will then move into a more tactile, creative space with a flower arranging workshop led by Ania, a Balham based florist known for her instinctive use of colour and her ability to let seasonal flowers lead. Working closely with local growers and drawing inspiration from art and design, Ania’s approach is thoughtful, expressive, and rooted in the beauty of nature. You will create your own bouquet to take home, simple, considered, and designed to bring you back into the present.
Expect to leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected, with something beautiful to take with you.
ABOUT ANIA
Ania is a Balham-based florist with a natural eye for colour and a deep appreciation for the beauty of seasonal flowers. Working closely with local growers, she allows each stem to lead, creating arrangements that feel both effortless and expressive, with the occasional unexpected touch.
With a background in art history, Ania draws quiet inspiration from classical painting and design, bringing a thoughtful, almost intuitive quality to her work. From bouquets and table arrangements to larger installations, her style is considered, creative, and rooted in nature.
For this event, Ania is generously donating her time, with your ticket covering the cost of flowers used during the workshop.
Alongside her event work, Ania is currently developing a series of seasonal flower arranging workshops in the park, starting with bouquet sessions on Clapham Common and evolving throughout the year in collaboration with a local grower—designed to make floral design feel more accessible, relaxed, and enjoyable.

Good Yoga ~ Arm Balancing Essentials | Pincha
Join us for a focused Good Yoga workshop exploring the foundations of Pincha Mayurasana (forearm balance).
Inversions can often feel intimidating or out of reach. This session slows things down and breaks the pose into its key parts so you can understand how it actually works in the body.
We’ll spend time preparing properly - opening the shoulders, activating the back body and building the core stability that helps you feel supported when you’re upside down. Expect a mix of mobility work, strength drills and guided wall practice so you can explore the shape safely and with control.
Anna will offer clear technique cues and individual guidance throughout, helping you find the version that works for your body. There won’t be any pressure on “getting the pose”, but the focus will be on building the strength, awareness and confidence that make inversions feel lighter over time… and who knows what you’ll achieve.
Whether you’re working toward your first lift or simply curious about learning the mechanics behind forearm balance, this workshop is designed to feel supportive, exploratory and quietly challenging.
Come with curiosity. Leave with a deeper understanding of the practice - and a few new tools to bring back into your classes.
Good Mind ~ The Reset Ritual
A curated afternoon to reset, refine, and realign, held in honour of Mental Health Awareness Month.

From there, you’ll move into a guided mindset session with Kate Hurst. Through considered exercises, you’ll uncover your core values and explore how to shape your life with greater clarity and intention.
The experience closes with a restorative meditation and sound bath, allowing everything to integrate and settle.
Expect to leave feeling lighter, clearer, and quietly reconnected to what matters.

Good Health ~ The Lymphatic Face Ritual | Balham
The Lymphatic Face Lift Ritual
Powered by Iraye Skincare
Our face holds more tension than we realise - across the jaw, around the eyes, through the temples and deep into the base of the skull.
What many people don’t realise is that the face contains more than 40 muscles and over 300 lymph nodes, all closely connected to circulation, fluid balance and the nervous system. When these structures become stagnant through stress, posture, or long hours at screens, tension accumulates and lymphatic flow can become sluggish. The result can often appear as puffiness, heaviness through the jaw and cheeks, and a loss of natural lift in the face.
In this two-hour workshop, Carli will guide you through a structured self-facial practice designed to release tension, stimulate lymphatic drainage and restore natural circulation to the face and head, helping to visibly lift and refresh the face. Working with Iraye Skincare’s lymphatic-focused formulations, we will explore techniques drawn from facial massage, lymphatic therapy and acupressure, moving through key areas including the jaw, under the eyes, the sides of the nose, the temples and the base of the skull. These techniques help to encourage lymph movement, soften muscular tension and support natural facial lift, while improving circulation and gently stimulating the vagus nerve, which supports the body’s rest and repair response.
Expect to leave feeling clearer, lighter and visibly lifted, with practical techniques you can continue using to support facial health, circulation and glow.
Who it’s for: Anyone looking to nourish their skin, support lymphatic health, and enjoy a quiet, restorative moment for themselves. Ideal for those curious about self-care practices that combine relaxation with visible results.
All attendees will receive a gift valued at £100.

Good Company ~ International Women's Day
Good Company ~ International Women’s Day Panel
An evening of conversation, connection, and community.
This International Women’s Day, we’re bringing together a curated panel of women who are not only exceptional at what they do — but who have consciously built lives they love.
Good Company is our way of celebrating the movers and shakers within the GoodGood and South London community. The women who have carved their own paths. Who have navigated ambition, creativity, family, leadership and reinvention — and in doing so, quietly (and sometimes boldly) paved the way for others.
Expect an honest, expansive conversation on what it really takes to build something meaningful — professionally and personally — without losing yourself along the way.
Speakers include:
Anna Robbins — Costume Designer for Downton Abbey, whose creative vision has shaped one of the most iconic period dramas of our time.
Kellie Williams-Javel — Partner at Morr & Co, redefining modern leadership within the legal world.
Charlotte Cave — Founder of Charlotte Cave Hair Salons, building a brand synonymous with effortless, contemporary style.
Dani Chandler — Co-Founder of Meet Bernard and Westborn Agency, shaping the direction of London’s fashion landscape.
Jenna Armitage — Founder of GoodGood Studio, moderating the evening and guiding a conversation rooted in growth, resilience and community.
Together, we’ll explore:
Building careers with intention
Redefining success on your own terms
Navigating motherhood, ambition and identity
Expanding your circle — and your vision
Creating opportunities not just for yourself, but for other women
This isn’t a networking event in the traditional sense. It’s a room full of thoughtful, ambitious women who value connection over small talk. It’s an opportunity to meet others from GoodGood, to widen your lens, and to leave feeling clearer about your next chapter — whatever that looks like.
Because growth rarely happens in isolation.
And community changes everything.
Spaces will be limited.
Come for the conversation. Stay for the company.
