Ignite + Unwind ~ Members Special Event

Ignite + Unwind is a 75-minute Sculpt-to-Sound experience exclusively for GoodGood Studio members.

We begin with 40 minutes of high-energy sculpt in 30–32°C infrared heat to build strength, core activation and endurance, then transition into a 20-minute slow flow to lengthen, mobilise and reset. The experience finishes with a 15-minute immersive sound session designed to down-regulate your nervous system and support deep recovery. It’s the perfect balance of intensity and restoration — fire up, then fully unwind.
