A curated afternoon to reset, refine, and realign, held in honour of Mental Health Awareness Month.
We’ll begin with a slow, intentional flow led by Jenna Armitage, designed to release held tension and return you to a more grounded, embodied state.
From there, you’ll move into a guided mindset session with Kate Hurst. Through considered exercises, you’ll uncover your core values and explore how to shape your life with greater clarity and intention.
The experience closes with a restorative meditation and sound bath, allowing everything to integrate and settle.
Expect to leave feeling lighter, clearer, and quietly reconnected to what matters.
