Good Yoga ~ Arm Balancing Essentials | Crow

Join us for a focused workshop exploring the foundations of Crow Pose (Bakasana).

Arm balances can often feel intimidating or out of reach. In this session, we slow things down and break the pose into its essential parts, helping you understand how Crow actually works in the body.

We’ll spend time preparing properly—opening the hips, strengthening the wrists and shoulders, and building the core stability that supports you as you begin to shift weight into your hands. Expect a blend of mobility work, strength drills, and guided practice so you can explore the shape safely and with control.

Anna will offer clear technique cues and individual guidance throughout, helping you find the version that works best for your body. There’s no pressure to “get the pose”—the focus will be on building the strength, awareness, and confidence that make arm balances feel more accessible over time.
