A considered afternoon of movement, breath, and creativity, with GoodGood Studio donating the space and all proceeds from ticket sales supporting stem4, a Wimbledon-based charity dedicated to helping children and young people access vital mental health support.
The experience will begin with a grounding slow flow led by Jenna, designed to release tension, soften the body, and create space to land. From there, you will be guided through gentle breathwork and a sound bath to calm the nervous system and restore a sense of clarity.
We will then move into a more tactile, creative space with a flower arranging workshop led by Ania, a Balham based florist known for her instinctive use of colour and her ability to let seasonal flowers lead. Working closely with local growers and drawing inspiration from art and design, Ania’s approach is thoughtful, expressive, and rooted in the beauty of nature. You will create your own bouquet to take home, simple, considered, and designed to bring you back into the present.
Expect to leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected, with something beautiful to take with you.
ABOUT ANIA
Ania is a Balham-based florist with a natural eye for colour and a deep appreciation for the beauty of seasonal flowers. Working closely with local growers, she allows each stem to lead, creating arrangements that feel both effortless and expressive, with the occasional unexpected touch.
With a background in art history, Ania draws quiet inspiration from classical painting and design, bringing a thoughtful, almost intuitive quality to her work. From bouquets and table arrangements to larger installations, her style is considered, creative, and rooted in nature.
For this event, Ania is generously donating her time, with your ticket covering the cost of flowers used during the workshop.
Alongside her event work, Ania is currently developing a series of seasonal flower arranging workshops in the park, starting with bouquet sessions on Clapham Common and evolving throughout the year in collaboration with a local grower—designed to make floral design feel more accessible, relaxed, and enjoyable.
