Good Yoga ~ Mini-Retreat Experience

Retreat curious? Start here. Join Jenna & Sophie for a two-hour immersive session — a small glimpse into the rhythm, energy and feel of our retreats.

We’ll begin with a dynamic, strength-led vinyasa flow to build heat and energy, before softening into a slower, more restorative yin practice focused on breath, stillness and deep rest. Along the way, expect thoughtful details — warm cacao, sound bowls and hands-on assists — designed to help you fully settle and switch off.

More than a class, this is a chance to step out of the day-to-day, reconnect to your body, and experience what it feels like to be held in your practice. If you’ve been considering joining us for retreat this May, this is the perfect way to get a feel for what’s to come.
