Set in a beautifully restored countryside house just 90 minutes by car or approximately 2 hours by train from London Bridge, this retreat blends energising movement, deep restoration, nourishing food, and meaningful connection — all delivered with the elevated, welcoming GoodGood experience you know and love.

Expect sculpt-style strength sessions, deeply restorative yoga, guided nature experiences, sauna and cold water therapy, chef-prepared seasonal meals, and space to simply breathe.

This is not about escaping life — it’s about returning to it feeling stronger, clearer, and fully recharged.

  • Day 1 — Arrive, Land & Unwind

    Settle into your room and ease into retreat mode.

    Afternoon | Lunch & Group Welcome
    Seasonal outdoor lunch followed by introductions and an overview of the weekend.

    Late Afternoon | Breathwork & Guided Nature Walk
    A grounding breathwork session followed by a gentle countryside walk to help regulate the nervous system and transition out of city life.

    Early Evening | Cacao, Journaling & Yin Yoga
    Reflective journaling paired with ceremonial cacao, followed by a deeply restorative Yin and acupressure session.

    Evening | Dinner & Connection Time
    Relaxed group dinner with optional connection games.

    Day 2 — Move, Explore & Restore

    Morning | Wake Up & Movement
    Coffee, tea and juices followed by an energising Yoga Sculpt strength session.

    A calming movement session followed by immersive sound healing.

    Evening | Sauna & Cold Water Therapy
    Guided hot/cold contrast therapy to support recovery and circulation.

    A grounding full-body flow designed to integrate the weekend and leave you feeling energised and balanced.

    The remaining balance will be automatically charged 4 weeks prior to the retreat start date.

Sophie Kidd is a lead instructor at GoodGood, known for her mindful, intuitive and intelligently challenging classes. Her teaching blends strength, movement and breath to create experiences that feel both grounding and empowering, leaving students feeling strong, focused and deeply connected to their bodies.
